If I were to ask what you believe it takes to make genuine changes to your lifestyle and optimize your health, what would your response be?


Many believe it’s as straightforward as setting the right intentions or consciously deciding to act. Additionally, many hold the belief that success or failure in making those changes is solely reliant on one’s willpower, determination, or self-control.


Unfortunately, beliefs such as these often hinder our progress toward achieving our health goals and leave us feeling frustrated, flawed, ashamed, and defeated when our efforts fail to produce the results we’d hoped for.


Real behaviour change is an incremental process that happens over time. Every stage of this process, from initiation to long-term maintenance, involves overcoming various challenges and barriers. Embarking on this journey alone can be daunting and overwhelming. I'm here to collaboratively work with you, offering guidance and support throughout this process to effectively enable lasting health behaviour changes and establish the groundwork for lifelong well-being.

The aim is to break the cycle of reverting to unhealthy or unwanted behavioural patterns definitively - creating sustainable, long-term lifestyle change.

Hey there, I'm Kelly, a Behavioural Health and Lifestyle Coach based in beautiful Sligo, Ireland. My passion and curiosity for understanding human behaviour has led me on an eye-opening journey, both professionally and personally.
