Individual Coaching

The 1:1 behavioural health coaching option is designed to support you throughout your journey to health. Here’s what you can expect from our individual coaching sessions:




  • Our coaching sessions take place in the relaxed setting of my office in Sligo.
  • I prioritise face-to-face interactions, fostering a comfortable and conducive environment for open discussion and progress.




  • Sustainable change is an incremental process. There’s no magic bullet or quick fix. As such, I recommend a commitment of at least 4 months, preferably 6 months, for substantial progress.
  • Sessions are structured on a fortnightly basis to allow for gradual, meaningful growth and development.

  • I understand the importance of flexibility in your journey to well-being and believe that finances should never be a roadblock that prevents people from investing in their health. Therefore, there are no large upfront payments required.
  • You have the option to pay per session, ensuring that you have control over your investment.




  • My coaching approach is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Each session is personalised, focused on empowering you with actionable strategies and support.
  • As a part of your commitment, you may be encouraged to engage in simple “homework” or activities between our sessions. These tasks are designed to deepen your self-awareness, reinforce learned strategies, and assess progress towards your goals to ensure we’re on the right track.
  • I prioritise confidentiality and a non-judgmental space.

Unlocking Healthy Habits: Mastering Behaviour Change

This is a 5 week course that focuses on leveraging the science of habit formation to achieve your health goals. If you’ve ever set a health goal and tried to achieve it by relying on sheer willpower and motivation alone, you likely understand that this is not a very effective strategy.


Making lasting changes to our health isn’t about summoning the resolve to resist temptation or simply pushing through challenges. It's about delving into the science behind our behaviours and using this knowledge to our advantage.


This course focuses on habit formation strategies, offering a more effective path toward integrating healthier behaviours into our lives.

By tapping into the innate efficiency of our brain and it’s ability to automate actions, we move beyond the fluctuating states of willpower and motivation. Instead, we aim to embed these healthier choices into our daily routines, making them a part of who we are and naturally how we live.


Whether your goal is to start a new exercise routine, create healthier eating habits, incorporate stress-reducing activities like meditation or mindfulness practices into your life, practice consistent self-care, or other health behaviours - taking part in this course will provide you with invaluable knowledge to help you reach your goals.
